Well located hostel, helpful staff

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It's a nice building with a roof terrace. The breakfast was good, and it's great they ask you to choose what you'd like in advance. TV and aircon in the room, which works well. Great location for exploring cartagena.

I had the economy room on the ground floor, it's ok but I wouldn't say it's a pleasant space to be in as no window, and a bit damp. It's also next to a toilet so someone tried my handle one night which was a bit unnerving. Luckily the door was locked. They have pvc external doors on the rooms, which are a bit tricky to lock but very secure and soundproof. Overall it was adequate room for a couple of nights when you're out all day; cartagena is expensive but I'd suggest paying a bit more for another room if you can, and maybe this one could be a bit cheaper.

Nice hotel in Cartagena's old town

Clean room with hot shower. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The location is good. We could do the check out 1h later and leave our luggage in the hotel until we left Cartagena.

When we arrived the room was not ready, they made us wait 1h and offered a limonade on house (which was nice). They also offered cocktails on house, however the next day they charged us for the cocktails.

Good coffee, breakfast and service. Very clean rooms everyday and the staff always extremely helpful. Couldn’t pick a better location in Cartagena.

Superb

Great location just between the centre of the old town and Getsemini, and c10 minute walk to the port for boat trips - super convenient but also quiet at night. Comfortable bed and nice room. Good roof terrace with chairs / shade. Very friendly staff in the coffee shop downstairs.

Breakfast wasn’t our favourite, but plenty of great options to eat nearby!

Good value and helpful staff.

The staff was fantastic- I had a ton of questions and they helped me with everything I needed.

Some of the rooms are quite noisy since they are facing the street. The safe was very difficult to open and lock.

Great service, great location!

very friendly staff! super comfy bed. very well located. amazing terrace. called us an affordable cab (17.000 COP) to drop us off at the airport.

The internet was out for 2 days during Xmas :-/ also the tours they offer are overpriced. our shower was missing a sliding door which would case the floor to get wet but they had daily cleanup service, so it wasn’t that much of a problem.
